Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To maximize the involvement in and support of mission efforts on the part of the entire church
The Missions Committee is dedicated to maximizing the church’s involvement in global, national, and local mission efforts. This ministry aims to engage the entire church body in serving others, ensuring that our congregation actively participates in spreading the love of Christ to all corners of the world.
The committee’s work includes discovering mission opportunities, coordinating mission trips, and overseeing financial support for both missionaries and participants. They also promote mission offerings and develop strategic partnerships to support missions on a deeper level. By working closely with the pastoral staff, they ensure that all mission efforts align with the church's vision and needs.
Led by a chairman and supported by the Senior Pastor, the Missions Committee invites members to serve both at home and abroad. Whether it’s through prayer, financial support, or hands-on involvement, this ministry enables the church to be a part of God's work across the globe.
