Purpose (Scope of Ministry): To assist in the preparing the elements for observing the ordinance of the Lord's Supper.

The Lord’s Supper Ministry Team serves the church by preparing the elements for one of our most sacred ordinances—Communion. This ministry allows worshipers to focus on the meaning of the Lord’s Supper by ensuring everything is ready in a quiet, reverent, and seamless way.

Team members prepare the Lord's Supper materials before each Communion Sunday, typically setting up on the Saturday prior to the first Sunday of each month. They also maintain and replenish the elements after each service and clean up and restore everything at the conclusion of worship. This ministry requires attention to detail, respect for sacred traditions, and a heart for supporting worship.

The team is led by a chairman and coordinated through the Associate Pastor for Worship and Discipleship. While the chair must be a church member, others may serve without formal membership. Those who serve in this role minister in a humble, behind-the-scenes way, helping the church to worship meaningfully and remember the sacrifice of Christ.
