Welcome to the SMRBC Team!

We are thrilled to announce two wonderful additions to our staff at Staples Mill Road Baptist Church! Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Jason Kissoon and Don Griffith, who have stepped into vital roles to support our growing ministry.

Jason Kissoon: Operations Administrator

Jason Kissoon joins us as our Operations Administrator. In this multifaceted role, Jason serves as a behind-the-scenes "engine," ensuring our daily systems and communications run effectively. He is responsible for managing church-wide communications across digital and physical platforms and administering our Church Management System (ChMS). Jason also plays a key role in supporting our ministry teams through resource coordination and tracking facility maintenance. 

Don Griffith: Properties Assistant

Don Griffith is a familiar face around SMRBC, and has taken on the role of Properties Assistant. Don is responsible for the hands-on care of our church campus, implementing ongoing maintenance and improvements to our facilities and equipment. Whether he is performing "handyman" repairs or assisting ministry teams with event setup and teardown, Don’s work ensures our building remains a safe and welcoming space for all. He will coordinate closely with Jason and the Properties Committee to manage larger projects and vendor relations.
